                                           For this icy look follow these steps:

                                                                      Ingredients:

•                                                           Light blue hair dyes
•                                                           Black short mascara
•                                                           Black eyeliner
•                                                           Pink blush
•                                                           White eyeshadow
•                                                           Black eyeshadow 

                                                                   Method:

•                                                           Apply black mascara
•                                                           Apply black eyeliner
•                                                           Apply a tiny amount of white eyeshadow just above your eyes,                                                  

                                                                    then go over it

•                                                           Apply a tiny amount of black eyeshadow just above your eyes, 

                                                                    then go over it

•                                                           Apply pink blush down the side of face
•                                                           Die your hair a light blue
